Dream Real Estate & Mortgage is a licensed mortgage brokerage, owned and managed by Qasim Barikzai. We are a mortgage broker — not a mortgage lender or bank. We do not make or fund loans. We arrange residential mortgage financing by matching borrowers with third-party and wholesale lenders. All loan approvals, rates, terms, and funding decisions are made solely by the lender. Brokering services are provided in the borrower’s interest to help identify suitable loan options.
